Chandan Guha, MBBS, PhD is currently a Professor and Vice Chairman of the Department of Radiation Oncology and the founding Director of the Institute for Onco-Physics, at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY. He is also a professor of pathology and urology. Dr. Guha has been one of the early investigators to initiate research on the immunomodulation of radiation therapy, whereby irradiated tumors can act as autologous in situ tumor vaccines. His research focuses in developing radiation and ultrasound-based approaches in Immuno-oncology and regenerative medicine.
