In 2009, Omar Bohoudi has joined the Amsterdam UMC, where he has worked in various clinical and research roles. In 2017, he obtained his MSc degree in Medical Physics from the University of Heidelberg. His most recent major project involved contributing to the clinical implementation of MRI-guided treatment at AUC, with a focus on adaptive treatment planning. Following the rollout of this new technology, he began his PhD research on "Planning Strategies and Outcomes of Adaptive Planning in MR-Guided Radiotherapy," successfully defending his thesis at Vrije Universiteit in May 2022. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher, with his work focused on MR-guided radiotherapy, advancing adaptive planning techniques, and conducting research on integrating AI-driven solutions to improve radiotherapy treatment.
