Dr. Yin is an associate chief physician and master’s supervisor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Sichuan Cancer Hospital. In his clinical practice, his specialty is the treatment of central nervous system tumors, head and neck cancers, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and breast cancer. He focuses on the accurate identification of biological radiation target volume and radiation damage and protection. His research focuses on the use of advanced CT-, MRI- and PET/CT-guided radiotherapy to treat malignant tumors. He has formal training in clinical trial design and is conducting prospective clinical trials on emerging radiotherapy technologies and radiation-induced heart disease in breast cancer patients.
