Ronaldo Cavalieri is currently director of the OncoBeda Radiotherapy Center, IMNE Oncology Group, in Campos, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He completed his residency in Radiotherapy in 2003 at the Brazilian National Cancer Institute. He is board certified by the Brazilian Society of Radiotherapy. In March of 2024, he defended his doctoral thesis at the Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense, studying the association between genetic polymorphisms and mucositis in patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer. He also focuses on the treatment of patients with lung cancer.
