Zachery Keepers, BS

Zachery graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Bioengineering and is currently a third-year medical student at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is working with Dr. Hem Shukla in the Department of Radiation Oncology to advance an understanding of pancreatic cancer using patient-derived organoids. He participated in the University of Marylands Radiation Oncology Summer Fellowship for medical students in the summer of 2023 and aspires to a career in radiation oncology.
