Liuyun Gong has been engaged in multi-disciplinary research with medicine as the core for a long time. Her main research directions include: (1) Developing nanomaterials to achieve therapeutic sensitization of malignant tumors; (2) Study the therapeutic targets of malignant tumors; (3) Explore new methods to prevent complications of malignant tumor treatment. The main research achievements include: (1) Using bioengineering technology to construct an integrated hollow polydopamine nanobimetic platform for radiotherapy sensitization of colorectal cancer (Small 2022, IF=15.153); (2) Combined with bioinformatics and molecular biology experiments, tamoxifen was verified to induce fatty liver in breast cancer patients through MAPK8/FoxO signaling pathway (Clinical and Translational Medicine 2020, IF=11.492). In the last five years, in Small, Genomics, Journal of Biomedical Informatics, Clinical and Translational Medicine, Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis and other international authoritative journals published 12 papers. The research results have been cited many times in high-level Journal papers, including Journal of controlled release, Cancer letters, Advanced functional materials, etc.
