Meghan Tahbaz is a fourth-year medical student at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree in molecular and cellular biology at the University of California, Berkeley where she specialized in neurobiology with a minor in nutritional sciences. Prior to attending medical school, Meghan served as a laboratory technician at the Lundquist Institutes Yoshihara Lab where she investigated regulatory genes in pancreatic beta cell development. Her current research focuses on the impacts of palliative care on quality of life for radiation oncology patients.
