Melanie Rose, MD, is currently an intern in internal medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). She will begin in the radiation oncology department at DHMC in 2021.
Dr. Rose’s previous research focused on patient reported outcomes in head and neck cancer patients. She has co-authored a poster presentation titled Patient reported Outcomes: Correlation of MD Anderson Symptom Inventory- Head & Neck and Clinical Support Required for Patient Receiving Curative Head and Neck Chemoradiotherapy. She hopes to branch in into pediatrics and proton research throughout her residency.
Dr. Rose completed a Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences at University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. She completed her MD at University of Northumbria/St. George’s University, completing her training in England, Grenada, and the USA.
