Zuzanna Nowicka, MD

This year, I am graduating from the MD course at the Medical University of Lodz. For the last few years, I have been involved in research at the Department of Biostatistics and Translational Medicine, focusing on projects related to radiation toxicity and its biomarkers. My other scientific interests include defective DNA repair and its impact on the cell sensitivity to radiation. I have completed a research internship at the Cancer Research UK Institute in Cambridge and participated in projects in collaboration with researchers from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and University of Bern.
