Rachel Minne received her MS in medical physics in 2021 from Purdue University in Indiana. She is currently a third year PhD student in the Department of Medical Physics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Under Dr. Randy Kimples mentorship, her research is centered around developing and analyzing novel radiopharmaceuticals as theranostic agents to target MET, a receptor tyrosine kinase, in a variety of cancer types. She is currently supported by a predoctoral trainee fellowship through the Universitys Institution of Clinical and Translation research. After Rachel completes her PhD, she plans to attend a CAMPEP accredited medical physics residency and continue working in patient specific application of molecular imaging and targeted therapy.
