I am a clinician scientist at St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. My goal is to improve the lives of tomorrows cancer patients by engaging in research that pushes the boundaries of what is possible in radiation oncology while providing excellent clinical care to patients today. My long-term research goal is to develop clinical tools to further personalize radiotherapy care and improve the long-term health outcomes of cancer survivors. Specifically, I am interested in developing methods to project the probabilities of long- and short-term health effects following treatment and utilize that information to better inform treatment and survivorship care. My research leverages patient databases, image analysis, and machine learning to reveal correlations between radiation exposures and health outcomes.
