Compass International Founder and Executive Coach Karen Curnow works internationally developing powerful, compassionate leaders. She has worked and lived in France, Turkey, Kenya, Austria, and the USA and has served as executive and team coach, consultant, university instructor, and training director. Ms. Curnow serves on the faculty of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program, was selected by the United Nations as a certified coach and leadership-training consultant and is an international assessor for the International Coach Federation. Examples of her clients: Lidl, Under Armour, Hall Family Foundation (Hallmark), Public Health Solutions, the World Bank, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, Aerospace Corporation, Evolent Health, Leidos/SAIC, and numerous universities, federal government agencies, and other organizations. A Georgetown doctoral candidate focusing on the impact of culture on leaders, Karen earned her M.B.A. in International Management and Marketing from U.S. International University (Nairobi campus), her B.S. in Business Administration and French at Houghton College and the Sorbonne/University of Paris, and her certification in Coaching and Organizational Learning from Newfield Network-USA and George Mason University.
