Dr. Kashani is an Associate Professor and the Clinical Chief of Physics and Dosimetry at University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. She received her PhD from the Department of Nuclear Engineering at the University of Michigan, and completed her clinical physics residency at Washington University in St. Louis. Her area of clinical and research interest include motion management, adaptive radiotherapy, and novel treatment techniques such as cardiac radioablation. She is a fellow of AAPM and maintains an active role on several committees and task groups within AAPM, NRG, and ASTRO, currently acting as the physics track chair for ASTRO’s annual meeting education committee, as well as physics co-chair of several NRG trials.
