Michael Green, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan and an attending physician at the Veterans Affair Ann Arbor Hospital System. He is a physician-scientist who runs a translational cancer research laboratory. His preclinical laboratory work focusing on primary and secondary liver malignancies and is supported by the NCI, VA, and multiple foundations. His translational research focuses on cancer outcomes and is supported by Lung Precision Oncology Program awards as well as the VA Million Veterans Program. Finally, he is the PI of multiple national and institutional investigator-initiated clinical trials evaluating novel approaches to integrate radiotherapy and immunotherapy supported by NCI, VA, and CTEP/ETCTN.
