Dr. Taindra Neupane is a research fellow in radiation oncology at Thomas Jefferson University. He specializes in lung function imaging (PET/CT), 4DCT-lung function calculations, and radiation-induced toxicities (pneumonitis, chest wall) prediction. Dr. Neupane earned his PhD in Physics from Florida Atlantic University, focusing on computational medical physics and Monte Carlo modeling for stereotactic radiosurgery such as treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. He has a strong background in developing advanced dosimetric models and automated workflows (MIM-MATLAB) for clinical applications. His research has been widely published and presented at major conferences, contributing significantly to the field of medical physics and radiation therapy.
