Atallah Baydoun, MD (2009), PhD (Biomedical Engineering, 2020) received the M.D. degree from the Lebanese University, Beirut, Lebanon, in June 2009, the B.S. degree in pure mathematics in June 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from Quantitative Imaging Laboratory, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, USA, in 2020.
He completed an internal medicine residency at the American University of Beirut, Beirut, and University Hospitals, Cleveland Medical Center, Cleveland, OH, after which he became board certified in Internal Medicine in 2015. He then joined the Quantitative Imaging Laboratory, Case Western Reserve University from which he graduated with a PhD in biomedical engineering.
He is currently a PGYV Holman Pathway Physician Resident in radiation oncology at University Hospitals, Cleveland Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University. His research interests include the application of artificial intelligence in biomedical imaging, radiation oncology, and SBRT prediction models.
