Abdenour Nabid, MD

Dr. Abdenour Nabid graduated from the Professional Corporation of Physicians of Quebec (1984) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (1985).


He currently works as a specialist in radiation oncology at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Sherbrooke (CHUS) and an associate professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Sherbrooke.


Since 1994, Dr. Nabid has been involved in clinical research. As "Principal Investigator", he opened at his hospital more than 70 clinical research protocols, including more than 2000 patients. Since 1998, Dr. Nabid has developed phase III research protocols for localised prostate cancer, the results of which have been the subject of several presentations at major oncology congresses in North America and Europe. All of this research activity has been the subject of numerous publications.
