Dr. Zweigle is an attending physician, chief resident and clinical instructor at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He has been conducting clinical research throughout his training in Internal Medicine and is currently applying for a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology. He has taught throughout his time with the university and is currently a writer for the podcast The Fellow on Call. He has served in leadership positions within the program including as Chair of the Resident Fellow Council from 2023-2024. His research is currently in germline mutations with multiple cancers and their effects on risk in variants of undetermined significance.
