Sreenija Yarlagadda, MD is currently a research fellow in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Miami Cancer Institute, Baptist Health. She completed training in Radiation Oncology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences. With specialized training in utilizing advanced radiation therapy techniques, she has extensive experience in 3D conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT), intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), and brachytherapy. Dr. Yarlagaddas clinical and research interests are focused on enhancing the quality of cancer care through evidence-based medicine and innovative treatment protocols.
Dr. Yarlagadda is an active member of esteemed professional organizations, including the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the European Society for Radiation Oncology (ESTRO), and has presented her work at national and international conferences. Her work has been published in several prominent peer-reviewed journals such as Radiotherapy and Oncology, Advances in Radiation Oncology, Journal of Neurooncology, and authored multiple book chapters reflecting her commitment to advancing the field of Radiation Oncology. At Miami Cancer Institute, she continues to engage in groundbreaking research, leveraging her expertise to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the global oncology community.
