Philip Haddad, MD, MPH, MHA

Dr. Philip A. Haddad is the Chief of Hematology-Oncology and Research at Overton Brooks VAMC. He is a Professor of Medicine at LSUHSC-S/Feist-Weiller Cancer Center. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (1991) and his Doctor of Medicine (1995) degrees from The American University of Beirut. He competed Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Dakota and Hematology-Oncology-Transplantation fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He has six active board certifications. Dr. Haddad serves on several national scientific committees and active in clinical trials. He authored several peer-reviewed articles and presented in several national and international meetings. He also holds two master degrees (MPH, MHA) from LSU-S/LSUHSC-S and a master in healthcare informatics from UCF.
