Dr. Shruti Jolly is a practicing radiation oncologist and Professor at University of Michigan/Michigan Medicine, focused on thoracic and gynecological malignancies. She completed her MBA in 2024 from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Currently serving as the Associate Medical Director in the Michigan Medicine Department of Strategy, she leads various initiatives, including statewide strategy and integration across systems. Dr. Jolly is also the Associate Chair of Community Practices in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan, and the Associate Chief Clinical Strategy Officer for Cancer Services at Michigan Medicine. Specializing in thoracic, gynecologic, and endocrine malignancies, she is renowned for her expertise in High Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy procedures and serves as the principal investigator for numerous clinical protocols aimed at individualizing cancer treatment and improving patient quality of life. Dr. Jolly is also a board member of the Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology (MSHO) and plays a crucial role in standardizing and ensuring the quality of cancer care across multiple UM Radiation Oncology community practices throughout Michigan. She leads the Michigan Radiation Oncology Quality Consortium (MROQC), focusing on quality improvement initiatives for lung cancer.
