Xin Wu is a PhD student in Medical Physics at Duke University, recognized with the prestigious Duke Chancellor’s Scholarship under the supervision of Prof. Jackie Wu and Prof. Qiuwen Wu. Xin holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich) and a Bachelor of Science from the School of the Gifted Young, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). Xin’s research spans advanced radiotherapy techniques, including IMRT, VMAT optimization using machine learning, and deformable dose accumulation for adaptive radiotherapy. Xin has collaborated with esteemed institutions such as the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) and the University Hospital Zürich.
