John Phillips, MD, MPH

Dr. Phillips is a Radiation Oncologist and Partner with Tennessee Oncology – the largest provider of oncology services in Tennessee. He completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program, MPH in Health Policy and Politics at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health and was a Zuckerman Fellow at the Harvard Center for Public Leadership. He was a GU & CNS-focused clinician at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Center for 6 years where he also ran a lab focused on machine learning prediction models in neuro-oncology. At Tennessee Oncology, he serves as Chief of Strategy and Development and works with venture capital to develop and fund oncology-centric startups.
