PRO 01 - Advances in Breast Cancer Management: Early Stage Disease, Post-Neoadjuvant Radiation Therapy and IMRT for Breast Cancer Treatment

This session will involve three discussants using case-based presentations to review recent advances in breast cancer treatment. The first discussant will address when to treat early stage breast cancer patients, including a review of the recent ASTRO APBI guidelines and the IDEA and Lumina 1 trial. The second discussant will examine radiation therapy in the post-neoadjuvant setting, including an assessment of the NSABP B-51 results. The third discussant will assess indications and techniques for using breast IMRT.
