In this session we will provide up-to-date recommendations for the radiation-focused definitive management of oligometastatic lung cancer, particularly in light of incomplete randomized data (LU-002). This will be coupled with a detailed review of current clinical and translational research focused on understanding the oligo-metastatic state as well as novel combinatorial approaches utilizing radiation in this setting. Specifically, novel uses of radiation will be discussed as will radiation combinations with both novel immunotherapeutic or other targeted therapies.
